Development Update #1

First of a I went to apologize to you all for being such a recluse. I’ve been deep in learning Blueprint in Unreal, learning to 3D model, and much more. I’ve gone from no experience in modern engines to this. I’m going to try to do a progress report weekly or so as inspired by Emily Eason.

Prayer: Kristin and I pray together almost daily, and I never used to pray much before that. It’s all due to us going to a new church and getting plugged in with the church family there. Kristin used to be Catholic before she met me, and now she’s learning how to truly live and be alive 🙂 she even takes initiative in prayer! Modeling: I got tired of modeling inanimate objects, so I’ve made my attempt at modeling my Protagonist, Aetna, based on the attached concept art. Definitely not done yet, but I’m thinking I’m going to prefer character art as a specialization.

Unreal: I’VE BEEN LEARNING Blueprint! It’s amazing! It’s powerful! And yet… Sometimes very confusing lol. This makes me feel most like a game dev when I can bring it all to life 🙂

World Building: I had some amazing breakthroughs that have unified my multiverse, and I’m excited to put it all into action. I can’t wait to share my vision with you all over the years to come.

Community: I haven’t been good in this area. I have only spoken to a few of you recently, and I apologize. I would like to thank a few of you for reaching out to me in my absence though to check on me. I think I’m trying my best to meet my deadline to have something playable by CGDC.
